It was important to our clients that this renovation was in keeping with the existing home.

This was achieved through careful design and choice of construction materials, and the new portion of the home meshes seamlessly into the old.

The large new roof area consists of a flat white ceiling covering a newly constructed floating vitex deck with an open glass balustrade. It’s the perfect place to relax and take in the breathtaking view.

Great care was taken to give maximum height through the new 4.2 metre-wide face sliders. They open up the whole front of the home and create a picture frame for the most amazing sea view.
