New Home Rebuild

Our clients wanted a home for entertaining, but at the same time would be practical for their beach gear and cycling equipment.

The house was already in a fantastic location, so the old home was demolished and rebuilt on the original footprint.

This building is at the cutting edge of residential construction. Its amazing stairs hang from the stairwell walls and the remote-controlled Locarno Louvre system gives great protection from the sun.

The kitchen is made of the highest quality materials and design, with architectural stainless steel fittings. A large cantilevered granite bench top forms the focal point of the home and a Shugg slider opens up the side wall.
